I remember when I was a kid, the 9-month school year seemed to be endless and I just couldn't fathom how horrid it was that I had to spend 12 years of my life that way. The first few years of college were the same way as were my first couple of years of working after graduation. Somewhere along the way, someone strapped some nitrous oxide to Father TIme's ass though. I realized this past weekend that I'm nearly 40 now. It seems like just yesterday that I turned 30 and I can remember my high school graduation like it just happened maybe 5 years ago. Yeah, the older you get, the faster time flies.

EQ2 is a great game but I'm burned out. I'm sure ex WoW players could say the same thing. It's just a matter of opinion... but I'm sure I'll be back to see what's new in EQ2 before long. Especially around expansion time... I'm just looking forward to WAR mostly, as it's going to kick the crap out of everything that's out there at the moment. Yeah, well it’s just different enough for me to be slightly entertained. EQ2 is a great game but I’m burned out. I’m sure ex WoW players could say the same thing. LOTRO will make you sad..

It is fun for about the first few levels…then you will see the grind of killing boars and bears over and over…
Unless you play as a Hobbit…then you get to run everyone’s errands ad nauseum..

But, please write about your experience…I personally had more fun in EQ2 than LOTRO…but, how about you?
